The same care
When speaking about wine, attention is usually focused on the meticulous cultivation of the vine (vineyard plant, pruning, protection of vines, etc.), harvesting, pressing, fermentation and all other stages that lead to obtaining quality wine.
After these phases, we move on to taking care of storage, and in this case, we mean ageing, maturation, barrels, etc.
Since it seems less poetic, the bottling phase (rinsing, filling, corking) is often forgotten or not given due consideration.
However, this is actually an important moment for the wine and its producers, since months or even years of hard work (study, research, selections) can be ruined in just a few seconds. In fact, a wine that is not bottled correctly may suffer the presence of oxygen, may become contaminated, may lose its much sought after and researched characteristics or have other similar problems.
