The production department of MBF is organized according to strict and functional programs that ensure that all operations are carried out correctly, from the procurement of raw materials, to the inner workings up to the assembly and testing of the machine. It follows a strong orientation to planning, to achieving the objectives, to quality, and to respect the estimated time and to economy of operations.
 
For several years, in order to further improve production performance, MBF introduced the Lean methodology, an industrial "philosophy" inspired by the Toyota Production System, which, through the optimization of the production process, aims to minimize waste.
Flexibility and streamlined production are the results of a global vision of the project, and of the involvement of all business functions throughout the entire production process.
