A complete range of filling machines and/or turrets for flat products such as wine, distillates, liquors, water and juices, to be filled at ambient temperature and/or at heat in either glass or PET bottles.

The three versions come with Tronic® mechanical or electronic control.
The electronic control offers the option of customizing and saving the work parameters for each kind of product and bottle. The overall machine is much simpler with lighter external mechanics and cams in its normal version.
Pneumatic drives electronically control the opening of the filling valve circuits.

  • The machines are available as standalone units or as turrets in the cylinder block.
  • Bowl made entirely out of AISI 304 stainless steel (or AISI 316 on request) with all surfaces machined and mirror-polished. Fully drainable.
  • Capacitive probe for controlling the level of liquid in the bowl, with 4-20 mA/0-10V proportional signal for controlling the product feed pump.
  • Vacuum system with centrifugal blower, vacuum gauge and vacuum control valve.
  • The shape and size of the pipes and distributor are designed to guarantee constant speed and stability of the product.
  • Rotating distributor with surfaces of extreme hardness.
  • Bottle lifting cylinders with spring mechanism made of AISI 304 maintenance-free stainless steel. A pneumatic version is also available for handling PET bottles.
  • Quick and easy bottle/product change.
  • No part of the turret requires lubrication.
  • Easy to run, minimal maintenance.

 

Various accessories are available for customizing and increasing the performance of each model of the filling machine.

Oxygen absorption protection (Patented)

  • Filling valve with air cut-off valves:
    - prevents product from coming in contact with air
    - fully preserves aromas and alcohol content
    - ensures full protection against contamination.
  • Inert gas is injected in the bottle before filling and air shut-off valves.
  • The product is preserved in the bowl with inert gas, while the air/gas content in the bottle is fed directly and separately to the light vacuum pump:
    - no dead-time between injection of the gas and filling
    - reduced consumption of gas and higher yield.

Handling of PET bottles

The Ultra vacuum system uses gravity without the need for a vacuum in the bowl. This helps prevent deformations of the PET bottles while ensuring the same degree of performance in terms of the filling speed of an LV machine.

Smart management of the Ultra vacuum system also guarantees precise control of the levels in shaped PET bottles.

Automated filling control

  • Centralized control of the filling levels (also during the production phase).
  • Automatic correction of the filling levels according to the temperature of the product.
  • Presetting of bottle change.
  • Fully programmable sanitation without the need for operator intervention.The system allows to customising and storing the work parameters for each type of product and bottle.

 

Possibility of faster filling

A dedicated vacuum circuit can be used to create very slight pressure in the air return circuit to increase the flow rate of the filling valve.

New technology of the filling valves

  • The valve is fitted in the housing to guarantee absolutely no dripping or intake of air.
  • Profile of the high efficiency nozzle ensures excellent performance, even with long or narrow bottle necks. Extreme precision of the filling levels without the need for self-levelling systems.
  • Quick and safe sanitation due to the configuration of the circuits, careful finishing of the surfaces, special profile of the membranes, and electronic control of washing.
  • Special isolation chambers of various valves help to reduce turbulence of the liquid in the bowl.
  • Optional application of a plastic pointer tip.
